Network Administration
We manage the network behind your node and guarantee its availability via our solid 99.9% SLA. Just like you don't have to worry about server administration you also don't need to worry about routers and switches. At tmzVPS our goal is to allow you to focus on your business and leave the backend to us.
Hardware Maintenance
We manage and monitor all the hardware in our servers and VPS nodes. Sometimes hardware can fail and if does we are aware and replace faulty hardware immediately. We have a large stockpile of drives, ram dims, PSUs, cables and even spare spare servers to draw from if hardware ever needs replacing.
Free OS Reloads
You have the full ability to reload the operating system on your VPS as many times as you like, at no extra cost. This is available through the SolusVM control panel, and takes just a few clicks. We have many available operating system templates available for install, most available in 32-bit as well as 64-bit.
SolusVM Control Panel
All VPS offerings come with SolusVM control panel. Any issues you face with this control panel are covered, including but not limited to, the inability to reboot your server, problems logging in, problems with OS reloads, and any other core functionality that is not functioning properly to allow you proper control of your VPS.
Free Twice-Daily Backups
Yep, you read that right, our unmanaged packages come with free twice-daily backups to our secure, off-site backup facility. Backups are available to be restored by contacting support and asking for a restoration. We currently keep seven days of backups before they are overwritten.

Security
Securing your VPS is fully up to you. We provide you with a VPS with a secure password to shell access. The installation of software firewalls and related services are fully up to you. We ARE able to help you in the event of a DOS attack by blocking IPs in the hardware firewall, in the event you are unable to get the attack under control through software measures.
Software Administration
Our Unmanaged VPS packages offer a wide variety of OS templates you can install. An OS template with cPanel pre-installed is available as well, however, the maintenance of cPanel and it's accompanying software is not covered by our support. If you choose to not use cPanel, managing the server is still fully the clients responsibility.

A VPS behaves just like a server and most people aren't server administrators. We understand that you just want the control of VPS hosting without the headache which is why we monitor all the services on your VPS and proactively restore services if they fail to restart.
We understand that your data is extremely important to you. That's why we backup your VPS twice-daily for FREE! With our advanced backup systems, data loss is a thing of the past! We backup all of our clients VPS's every 12 hours, to our secure OFF-SITE facility. We call our backup system "Daily Concrete Backup" because it's located in a facility in a different continent. Now you know how serious we are about your files.
Have you ever been with a host with which you would experience a window of lag every single day? Did you contact them almost every day and they would say it was due to backups running? Will you migrate my files/websites from another provider?
This is a question that we probably get asked the most. As long as your current provider has the same control panel as your VPS, we will be able to transfer everything for you FREE of charge. Once you receive your account details, please open a support ticket.
Is a domain name required when ordering a package?
Depending on what the VPS is used for you do not always need a domain. If you use the VPS for development purposes you can only put a place holder for the domain. If you are planning to run websites on it, please enter a domain name. You can either use an existing one or purchase one from us.
Does tmzVPS have an uptime guarantee?
Yes we do. We offer a 99.9% network uptime guarantee.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?
Upgrading or Downgrading your account is an easy process and it only takes a few minutes. There is no charge, and there will be absolutely no downtime. If you ever need to upgrade to a dedicated server, we can also do that without causing downtime.
Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
tmzVPS offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our plans. If the our Terms of Service is violated during that time, you will be ineligible for the money back guarantee.
How long does it take for my VPS to be fully active?
All of our Virtual Private Servers are setup instantly after the payment is made. Please note that the funds must pass our FRAUD detection system. It takes approximately 15 minutes for cPanel/WHM to initialize.
Why are some locations more expensive than others? ?
Some locations have higher operating costs than other locations. For us to remain profitable and provide the quality service that we do now, we must raise the prices by a few dollars.
